Ursula Rose
Vice President
Hi, my name is Ursula! I am a Vice President of WCTC’s Collegiate DECA in the school year 2024-25. In 2023-24, I was an executive officer helping with recruitment.
I am in my 3rd year at WCTC and as a Collegiate DECA member. I received my Associate Degree in Human Resources in December 2024 and will graduate in May 2025 with my Associate Degree in Leadership Development.
The last 3 years, I have competed in the Human Resources Management case studies. In 2025, I competed in Business Research with a Human Resources project. Collegiate DECA has greatly improved my education, confidence, and networking. Serving on the executive board allows me to help others with something that has helped me so much. I am so proud of our chapter and look forward to seeing them “Go the Extra” in 2026!
Julia Hickey
Vice President
Julia Hickey is a driven and resilient marketing student, graduating from Waukesha County Technical College this spring with an A.A.S in Marketing . She will continue her education at Marquette University in the fall in their College of Business Administration, pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. As the former DECA Vice President, Julia brings leadership experience, a passion for learning, and ambitious mindset to every opportunity. She is also a certified yoga teacher and a proud alumna of the Disney College Program, where she made magic in Walt Disney World in 2022. Outside of studying and professional pursuits, she enjoys journaling, reading, and spending time with her dog, Leia.
